My Approach

I meet people where they are, helping them understand how their brains, bodies, and nervous systems work, and exploring the "why" behind their experiences. Together we can recognize unique strengths and abilities, make sense of old survival and coping strategies, and build systems and environments that honour emotional, social, sensory, and physical needs.
